Learn about Girl Scouting
A new member event is an informational session that helps you meet others and learn about becoming a Girl Scout. Events are organized by local volunteers and staff, so each one is a little different. Most include:
- An informational presentation about Girl Scouts
- Activities for girls led by local Girl Scouts
- Opportunities for troop leadership and other volunteer roles
- Forming troops and registering for membership
Check out the map below for events near you, or search by date.
Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the top left corner of the map to zoom in and out of your area.
