Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations are accepted immediately.

1. Browse open sessions and select one you'd like to attend.
2. If not already a Girl Scout member, become a member
3. Download registration form or add camp session to your cart in our online registration system. 
4. Send resident camp registration with $50 deposit OR send troop and family program registration with full payment.
5. Billing statement will be sent by mail within two weeks.

If paying by check, Cookie Credits, Fall FUNds, Grants for Girls, or a combination thereof, you must download the registration form and submit your completed forms and proper payment by mail to:

We believe all girls should experience the benefits of camp. If the total cost of camp is not affordable, we encourage anyone to request a grant through Grants for Girls. No proof of income is required. A $10 non-refundable deposit must accompany each registration requesting a grant. All grant requests are confidential.

Written cancellations must be received at least four weeks prior to the camp session start date to receive a refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

If cancellation is due to a camper’s illness, medical reasons, or other unforeseen circumstance, your camp fees will be refunded, less the deposit. A doctor’s statement/official statement may be required.

All summer camp sessions are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. Any session that does not have sufficient enrollment may be cancelled. If a session is cancelled by River Valleys, and the camper is unable to attend an alternate session, all fees paid will be refunded, including the deposit.
