You can look forward to hearing more on how Girl Scouts River Valleys and Girl Scouts of the USA are working together to reach more girls with higher impact.

River Valleys will be recognizing adult volunteers receiving Volunteer of Excellence, Heart in Hand, Appreciation, Thanks Badge, and Thanks Badge II in 2016 during lunch followed by the business meeting which will elect board officers, directors at large, board development committee members, and the 2017 – 2019 national delegates and alternates who will represent River Valleys at the G.I.R.L. 2017 National Council Session in Columbus, Ohio, October 4-8, 2017!

Due to limited space capacity, registration for the breakfast, morning session, breakouts, lunch, and business meeting will be prioritized first to accommodate GSRV voting members (2017 service unit delegates, 2014 – 2017 national delegates, past presidents, current board members, and board development committee members). Once the voting members have registered, remaining space will be available for non-voting members to register. More information about the day and registration will be shared soon!

As a reminder, service unit delegate elections were to be held in each service unit by September 15. Once elected, each delegate and alternate delegate should have submitted the delegate information form to River Valleys.

If you are a delegate and have not yet completed the delegate form, promptly submit this form to ensure priority registration to the events prior to the afternoon business meeting.
