Spirit Day Patch Design Contest

Get creative with your Girl Scout spirit as you design a concept for a fun patch for Girl Scout Spirit Day! Show us what Girl Scout spirit means to you!

When designing your patch, keep these tips in mind:

  1. Simple is best!
  2. Be sure the text size is readable.
  3. Small details don’t show up well on patches.
Patch design must include the words: “Girl Scouts River Valleys” and “Spirit Day 2016.” Although there is no size or shape limit for your submission, the finished patch size will be 2 inches round.

Mckayla been working on shading skills with pressure of coloring by color pencils. She did have some assistance with drawing the wolf and writing of letters. She enjoys outdoors and thought a Spirited animal best would be a wolf. Wolves work in groups as a team and it’s a great representation of Spirit Day. It’s her 1st. Year this Fall as a Brownie and she is looking forward to all Girl Scouts fun, events, & activities of expanding knowledge.
