In celebration of our founder’s birthday, alumnae troop 1976 is hosting an alumnae gathering at Camp Lockeslea. Bring your Girl Scout friends and join us for singing, camaraderie and the Juliette Low Penny March! Connect with friends new and old. Everyone is welcome. Young Alumnae Networking Group

Friends Forever Holiday Brunch

Monday, December 10, 9:30–11:30 am

Anokii Room, St. Paul Service Center
The Friends Forever alumnae group holds their annual holiday brunch on December 10. Food will be provided. Attendees are asked to bring a free will donation to cover costs (suggested $5) and a non-perishable item for the food shelf. Girl Scout Shop Holiday Open Houses for Alumnae

Girl Scout shops in each of our service centers will be offering a special alumnae open house with extra discounts in the month of December. Come visit the shop, see the Girl Scout merchandise and socialize with other alumnae. Holiday treats will be provided.

S’mores and More with Juliette

North Star Museum of Boy Scouting & Girl Scouting, North

Join other alumnae in celebrating the 100th year of Girl Scouting. Rather than toasting up S’mores, we will have birthday cake and play games that were popular at birthday parties in the 1800’s. Girl Scouts Centennial Exhibit — Last Chance!

Open through October 25

River Falls Public Library, River Falls, WI
Learn more about the first 100 years of Girl Scouting in this region. Local Girl Scouting artifacts, images and treasures will be on display in the gallery at River Falls Public Library. Connections Retreat 2013

April 5–7, 2013

Kiwanis Scout Camp (new location), Marine on St. Croix, MN
Join other registered Girl Scout alumnae at the 2013 Connections Retreat “In the Footsteps of Daisy . . .” The Connections Retreat was started by volunteers to bring together new and seasoned adult leaders. It is not an official training retreat, but enrichment is abundant, as well as lots of fun, advice, and camaraderie. The weekend includes ceremonies, songs, Scout’s Own, crafts, pampering and networking. You choose the activities you want to participate in. Come join your sister Girl Scouts for a spring fling to rejuvenate, refresh and reconnect!
